The visitors of the portal of the Kaliningrad government, www.gov39.ru, can find a telephone directory with numbers and email addresses and do a search on contact information of Kaliningrad government representatives, executive authorities as well as contacts of self-administration agencies. This will improve the communication system for citizens and will make the structure of government bodies more clear and transparent.
Technical specifications are the same as in electronic forms system depicted before.
The system will be functioning on cluster with a high level of accessibility and RedHat Enterprise Linux 5 Advanced Platform as an operating system, kernel version 2.6.18-128, and cluster will be working RedHat Cluster Suit. All portal zones will be developed to support any operating system and browser based on HTML 4.01 XHTML 1.0 and CSS 2.0 standards. Estimated loading capacity is no less than 250000 visits a day.
