Our main direction in healthcare field (a partnership consolidation of St. Petersburg companies, Software Makers and WaveAccess, to run a joint R&D department the core business of which is development of the medical software) is creation and development of various turn-key medical systems for hospitals, laboratories and healthcare institutions.  Since 2002 we’ve gained an extensive experience in the Russian and foreign markets producing high quality medical software.

MediCom System

A multipurpose medical information system provides automation of the working processes of all departments and subunits of the hospital and implementation of a unified document workflow system.  Based on client’s requirements and needs the system may interact with a wide range of various devices and data storage carriers such as X-Ray, ultrasonic and lab equipment, pharmacological databases and so on.

MedChatOnline Application

This application allows visitors of a medical web site to have an immediate online chat with the specialists of the company or medical institution the site of which users has been visiting.  Naturally the site contains a lot of information pertaining to what visitors (or potential customers) may be searching for however at times people have questions they’d like to ask online because it is easier to talk live and immediately with an adept or they just haven’t found the information they were looking for.  It is also possible with high probability that after speaking with a specialist a person in need may return to the same interactive web site and schedule an appointment with a doctor for medical help.

The chat is implemented as a flash application and does not require installation of any extra software on the visitors’ side.  This solution works out for the sites of hospitals, clinics and pharmacies.

PatientOnline System

The PatientOnline system provides internet access for authorized users to medcial records of the patients as well as featuring a capability of the remote survey and assistance or consultation (mostly used in mental cases practice).  The system was not intended only for medical personnel but also for patients.  HL7 protocol makes it possible for the system be integrated with the external sources.
